It took me a while to taste it because, as many of us  do, I did not know how to cook it. This is when I realized  that I was missing something delicious. In addition, it is  very practical, since you can prepare it in an endless  number of recipes.

 They call it spaghetti because after it is cooked, the pulp  is made into strips like spaghetti. Its consistency and  taste are similar to other winter squashes. His name is more  than anything because of the consistency he gets, but he  does not really know, in my opinion, wheat spaghetti. What I  can tell you is that its flavor is not strong, so you can  give it an endless number of flavors. Its light flavor is  perfect to accompany it with strong flavors such as tomato  sauces, curries, etc.

 What you are going to need
 Ingredients.

  •  1 medium pumpkin
  •  1 crushed clove garlic
  •  Team
  •  Sharp chef knife
  •  Cutting board
  •  Big spoon
  •  Tray to bake
  •  Fork


 Instructions
 1.Heat the oven to 400 F.
 2.Cut the pumpkin in half for the long part. In this way it  is easier to remove the pulp and seeds. The pumpkin is hard,  so be careful and cut it little by little
 3.Remove the pulp and seeds with a spoon.
 4.Spread the crushed garlic, in this way the garlic flavor   is better absorbed.
 5.Place the halves face down on a baking sheet. Add some  water to the tray so that they are steamed and so that it  does not stick to the tray.
